Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 24 hours in advance. Email me at joy@whispersofjoy.net or text me at 540-336-3895. If you requested an SMS reminder, please do not reply to that text as it is automated and I will not receive your text. No refunds for no shows. Please arrive on time or five minutes early for your appointment in person. If your appointment is phone or Zoom, please call or join Zoom on time. Late arrivals are not compensated with extra time at the end. Once again, if you need to cancel or reschedule, email me at joy@whispersofjoy.net or text me at 540-336-3895 and we will set up a new time or date for you. Please check your GPS ahead of time so that you allow enough time to arrive on time to your appointment. The physical location is 5 to 10 minutes north of downtown Winchester, depending on time of day and traffic. I look forward to chatting with you soon!
